By utilizing the PLEXIS LCS software, Jeffrey & Jeffrey is not only maintaining but also advancing its position at the leading edge of the group and individual health insurance market in St. Lucia. Claims processing will be more fully automated because of the advanced auto-adjudication functionality contained within the software. Detailed reporting functions will help Jeffrey & Jeffrey focus in on areas in which it can further optimize customer service functions.
